November 29.—(Associated Press by Federal Wireless—Although the fighting yesterday along the French and Belgian lines was of a very desultory nature, comistino mainly of an artillery duel in Belgium, preparations are under way on both side« for the resumption of tremendous ac- tivities. The main British army is now being rapidly transferred to Franc« and regiment alter regiment is being sent to the front.
