Probably nothing illustrates better how Agriculturists throughout the world have recognised within the last few years the high value of Potash as a Manure than the enormous and rapidly growing demand for it. There were sold for Manurial Purposes in 1880 1885 1890 1895 1900 171,655 269,109 416,865 769,345 1,397,667 tons of various Potash Salts.
