It has been awarded not only First prizes at a large number of expositions in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Vienna, Philadelphia, Amsterdam, Paris, Boston, Antwerp, Barcellona, etc., but also special marks of honor. Thus at Amsterdam 1877 it wun the Highest Prize offered to the finest vase in Greek style; in 1883 it was elected a honorary member of the In- dustrial Art Museums of Harleem and Amsterdam. The colors it uses are all metallic colors burnt into the material. JØRGENSEN, L.
