DENMARK.
Any such warehouse-note or certificate may be made out for
delivery to a specified person, or to bearer generally.
Every warehouse-note and every certificate shall be dated and
signed on behalf of the company, and shall state the depositor’s
name and occupation, his place of residence or place of business,
the name, quantity, and marking of the goods deposited, the value
of the goods as indicated at the depositing, and whether the goods
are or will be insured by the company at the expense of the
holders of the documents, as well as the date of depositing.
Where a certificate is made out, the said statements shall be in
the same words in the warehouse-note and the certificate.
