Personally, I like to see the petals fringed, though this probably would be a defect from the florist’s standpoint. The distribution of colour should be even on all the petals and far down in to the beil. The flower itself should stand erect on a strong stem and the number of flowers should not be so great as to cause many to be badly shaped through lack of space to develop
