Express Propagation
Where it is desired to work up a stock of plants from a few, the grower is called upon to do his utmost For the purpose of illustration let us suppose the subject is the geranium and only a few plants are in hånd. Every available cutting is inserted and the larger of the leaves which have been cut away in the process of trimming the cuttings are also put in to form plants. The old plants are potted up in a slightly larger pot if root-bound, and put into a close, warm house to induce them to break into
