Tuborg is situated just North of the Free Port of Copenhagen. There are 16 feet of water at the entrance and in some parts of the harbour. Copenhagen and Elsinore pilots take vessels into this port. Vejle. Vejle, in Lat. 55° 42' N., Long. 9° 34' E., at the head of the fjord of the same name on the East coast of Jutland about 14 English miles South of Horsens. Pilots are obtained about 3 miles from the town on the southern side of the fjord. There is a dredged channel about 3 English miles long and 100 feet wide. In the channel and the harbour there are about 23 feet of water. The wharves are 5% feet above sea level, and are provided with railroad tracks. There are five tugboats. Small repairs can be executed by local machine shops and foundries. Coal, provisions and water are plentiful. Time signal regulated by Greenwich mean noon. . Brokers. C. Holm. 11
