2. An aggregate price for the execution of the entire work in accordance with the drawings, descrip-
tions and conditions produced, but excluding the dredging, which in that case will be executed by
the Board of Work.
The persons tendering are free to send in alternative tenders for the various constructions ac-
cording to their own proposals. Such alternative proposals must be so well illustrated, that they can be
judged from the descriptions etc. sent, without necessitating any further correspondence with the persons
tendering.
Particularly desiable are alternative proposals for the construction of the mole-heads with
plumbwalls as mentioned in the descriptions.
