VAGLITE FOR BRICK YARDS
Vaclite has been found ideal for lighting brick yards. The absence of ventilation
and the high temperatures at which the baking rooms are held, render illumin-
ants that emit smoke and odor practically useless.
etc. Frequent attention to lamps is generally necessary as the
wicks are easily charred and clogged.
When used in admixture with mineral oils, as they frequently
are, the danger of explosion with its increased fire hazard is ever
present.
Vaclite’s Place
Realizing the deficiencies of animal, vegetable and combina-
tion oils for illumination purposes, the Vacuum Oil Company
introduced, a number of years ago, Vaclite.
Vaclite is a solid substance derived from mineral oil and is
of a nearly water white color with a high fire point, ranging
from 425 to 435 degrees Fahrenheit.
The many advantages of Vaclite over vegetable .
and animal oils have won for it a high place in the.
field of illumination.
