The Sullivan Booster System for Elevated
Discharge
By means of the Sullivan “Booster” System (illustrated on pages
19 and following), the water may be lifted to an elevation above the
surface by using the air employed in the air lift proper a second
e|
time. This system is especially suitable where the elevation
must be accomplished at some distance
from the wells.
The Sullivan Booster consists of a sepa-
rating tank, placed on top of the well, into
which the air and water are directly dis-
charged and in which they are separated.
The eduction pipe from the well is carried
to a point near the top of the tank and
