Remarks. the double strake below the rivetted in the ordinary way. Single rivetted. The 14" strap is for Treble Rivetting and 181/2 " for Chain Rivetting, the rivets through the frames are 7/s". Double and single rivetted. The 51/1" pitch in the Frame |Butt Straps over every butt I on the outside. Butt Straps 11/16" by 171/2" wide, chain rivetted. This is double rivetted, except |that every alternate rivet next the ioot ofAngleIr. Is omitted. Watertight Work. 11/4" Rivets are used to fasten the garboard Strake to the outside Flat Keel Plate as well as tothe next strake out. Single rivetted, the 8/16" Plate and 41/2" Pitcli is for water- tight work. Single rivetted. The 4/2" pitch is given to the I rivets passing through the j 5/8" & 9/16" plates, being |watertight work.
