NEMZETISÉGI UTCZA AZ EZREDÉVES KIÅLLITÅSON. — Idilli egyszerüségben sorakoznak egymås mellé — mint képünk is mutatja — a különbözö nemzetiségek håzai az ezredéves kiållitås falujåban. A hàzak ügy belsô berendezésokkel, mint épi- tési sajàtossâgaikkal hiven jellemzik a különbözö nemzetiségek külsô szokâsait, egyéni- ségét és karakterét. A békés hangulat, a mely az egész utczåra råborul, kifejezi a nemzet öhajät is, hogy a különbözö nemzetiségek békés egyetértésben, a hazaszere- tet szent jelszava alatt éljenek egymàssal. S az àramlat, mely a nemzetiségek közt az utöbbi idôben megindult, reményt nyujt arra, hogy a nemzet ez ôhajtàsa teljesül is. DAS ETHNOGRAPHISCHE DORF AUF DER MILLENIUMS-AUSSTELLUNG. In idyllischer Eintracht reihen sich in diesem «Nationalitätendorfe» die niedlichen Häuser der einzelnen Volksstämme (Nationalitäten) die Ungarn bewohnen, aneinander. Diese Bauernhäuschen wiederspiegeln, in bezeichnender Weise, all’ die verschiedenen Gebräuche, Sitten und Lebensweise jener Völkerschaften. Möchte doch die Ruhe und Versöhnlichkeit, die inmitten dieser hochinteressanten und von einander so verschie- denen Häusergruppe herrscht, auch draussen im Leben, getragen von der gemein- schaftlichen Liebe zum ungarischen Vaterland, für immer die Oberhand gewinnen. LA RUE DES NATIONALITÉS AU VILLAGE ETHNOGRAPHIQUE A L'EXPOSI- TION MILLÉNAIRE. — Dans ce village se trouvent rangées les unes à côté des autres, comme dans une idylle, les habitations les plus diverses des différents peu- ples qui se sont fixés en Hongrie. Chacune de ces maisons rustiques avec ses amé- nagements intérieurs et ses. dépendances nous donne une image fidéle des moeurs et coutumes des habitants qu’elle abrite. Nous souhaitons pour le, bien-être et la prospérité du beau pays hongrois, que l’entente cordiale qui semble régner ici entre ces diverses races, devienne la réalité dans la grande vie publique. THE NATIONALITY STREET AT THE EXHIBITION. — With idyllic simplicity are the dwelling houses of the various nationalities grouped at the Millennary Éxhibition village, as shown on our view. The style and pecularities of the houses, and their inner fittings, faithfully reflect the habits, individuallity and the character of the various nationalities. The air of peacefulness cast over the whole group, reflects the ardent desire of the nation, that the different races inhabiting this country, may always live in peace and harmony side by side, united in the love of the common fatherland. The current which of late has set in, allows us to hope that this our wish will be gratified.
