Hier wird sich vor uns eine Reproduktion der weltberühmten lurken- hauptstadt en miniature ausbreiten, eine Wiedergabe jener malerisch-orientalischen Welt mit all ihrer fesselnden Eigenart, ihren malerischen Details und phantastischen Märchen. CONSTANTINOPLE A BUDAPEST. — Dans une grande plaine située à Bude, au lieu dit «Lâgymànyos», le long d’un des bras du Danube, une grande entreprise a créé, d’après les plans dressés à cet effet par Léopold Kellner, un établissement de plaisir et de distractions connu sous le nom de Constantinople à Budapest. Les nom- breuses installations qui y sont artistement groupées reproduisent en miniature la capitale de l’Empire Ottoman, avec ses palais fastueux, ses mosquées, minarets, ses sites orientaux merveilleux; on y voit représentées les moeurs us et coutumes de l’Orient ainsi que des habitations turques. Notre illustration donne une vue de Con- stantinople à Budapest qui sera une attraction pour tous les visiteurs de 1 Exposition. CONSTANTINOPLE IN BUDAPEST. — On the lower rightbank of the Danube, at a somewhat deserted spot of the so-called Làgymânyos, a new place of entertain- ment is being established, which in size and the various attractions it will öfter to the public has few rivals in the world. This is to be the «Constantinople in Buda- pest» construeted after designes by Leopold Kellner. It will represent en miniature, the Turkish Capital and Turkish life, with all its peculiar characteristics and romance of fairy wonders, and will give some idea of the peculiar mode of hfe, dresses, reli- gious rites, dwellings and other objects of Turky. Our view also gives a fair con- ception of the size and the many attractions offered by this establisment.
