Die Gebäude der Universitätskliniken in unserer Hauptstadt sind mustergiltige Anstalten, die den Vergleich mit ihren Schwester- Instituten in den fortgeschrittendsten Ländern des europäischen Westens wahrlich nicht zu scheuen brauchen, weder in Bezug auf innere Einrichtung, noch als Archi- tekturwerke. In einer Gruppe sind hier vereinigt die chirurgische und die Augenkli- nik, sowie die für innere Krankheiten und das anatomische Institut. La clinique de l’Université à Budapest, est un établissement modèle pouvant tenir un rang honorable parmi les établissements du même genre à l’étranger, tant au point de vue de ses aménagements intérieurs qu’ à celui de son aspect monu- mental. Cet institut comprend en un groupe, les chaires pour la chirurgie, pour les maladies d’yeux et pour les maladies internes, ainsi qu’une chaire pour l’anatomie. THE CLINIC ON THE ÜLLÔ ROAD. — We présent to our readers this part of the Hungarian University, which at the same time is of great benefit to the general public. With regard to the excellent inner arrangments and fittings, this clinic of the medical faculty, stands on the same high level, as any other European Clinics. In the opthalmic, surgical and internal diseases wards, the poorer class of patients enjoy the blessings of gratuitous treatment. There the students are instructed in the medical sciences, and practically aquire experience. In the same grounds stand, to the right of the clinic, the pathologie and the anatomie institutes of the University.
