DER PAVILLON FÜR GESUNDHEITSPFLEGE DER MILLENIUMSAUSSTELLUNG. Die frühere Kunsthalle der 1885er Ausstellung, schon damals eine Zierde derselben, wurde für die diesjährige zu einer Halle für Gesundheitswesen umgestaltet. Mit Genugthuung wird das In- und Ausland hier die bedeutendsten und namhaften Fort- schritte verzeichnen können, welche unser Vaterland seit den letzten Decennien in Bezug auf diesen überaus wichtigen Zweig des öffentlichen Lebens aufzuweisen, , ver- mag. Hier werden ausgestellt sein: Die Ventilations-, Lagerstätte- und andere Aus- stattungsvorrichtungen unserer Heilanstalten, all ’ die Systeme der neueren Hygienie, die chirurgischen Apparate, Canalisationsanlagen, Heilmittelsammlungen u. s. w. LE PAVILLON DE L’EXPOSITION D’HYGIÈNE. — C’est dans l’ancien et gra- cieux pavillon des arts de l’exposition de 1885, adapté à cet effet, que sera installée l’exposition d’hygiène de 1896. Les visiteurs de ce pavillon qui promet d être un des plus intéressants de l’exposition millénaire, pourront se convaincre des notables progrès faits en Hongrie pendant ces dix dernières années dans cette branche impor- tante de la vie publique. On y verra exposés: tous les aménagements intérieurs de nos hôpitaux, maisons de santé hospices et établissements hydrothérapiques et autres ; systèmes de ventilation, literies instruments de chirurgie, systèmes de canalisation, installations concernant le service de salubrité publique, collections de remédes. THE HYGIENIC PAVILION. — This very ornamental Building, built of solid mate- rial, was the Art Gallery in the National Exhibition of 1885. It has now been adap- ted’ for the Hygienic Collection of the Milenary Exhibition. Visitors from at-home and abroad, will find in it all the extensive hygienic arrangements and appliances, which the Government and the Municipality, have adopted, to insure a high deve- lopment of the sanitary conditions and the wellbeing of the people. — Hospital and other appliances of all kinds and of the newest types, surgical dressings, instruments and apparatus, sanitary works, such as sewers, waterworks, dwellinghouse-constructions, ventilating and heating apparatus, and kindred objects will be scen there.
