THE WAREHOUSING OF GRAIN 691 The whole of the plant is driven by electro-motors, one for each machine. There are two main elevators, two bands conveying at the top of the silos and two underneath, so that grain may be taken from barges, delivered to silos, turned over from one conveyor to another, or delivered to the weigh-out house and main delivery platform simultaneously. This installation was erected by Messrs Spencer & Co., Ltd., of Melksham.
